Cyber7 IT Support Faces Temporary Operational Disruptions Due to Meta Business Manager Access Issue; Awaits Facebook’s Resolution
Cyber7 IT Support, a prominent digital service and IT agency based in Karwanbazar, Dhaka, is currently navigating a significant technical hurdle. The agency has reported disruptions in its digital advertising and client management operations due to sudden access restrictions imposed on its official Meta (Facebook) Business Manager portfolio.
According to MD Asadujjaman Farazi, the Owner of Cyber7 IT Support, the primary administrative account that held “Full Control” over the agency’s Business Manager was unexpectedly disabled. While the agency still retains full administrative control over its primary Facebook Page, the current active account in the Business Manager only possesses “Partial Access (Basic).”
This critical loss of full access has severely handicapped the agency’s daily workflow. Following Meta’s recent system updates, basic access restricts the agency from assigning new administrators, managing page roles, and most importantly, executing and managing ad campaigns for their clients.
“We have several active orders and a strong commitment to providing uninterrupted services to our clients. However, with this sudden restriction on our Business Manager, we are facing massive inconveniences in continuing our ad operations smoothly,” MD Asadujjaman Farazi stated. “While we are doing everything in our power to maintain our workflow, this limitation is preventing us from providing the full scale of benefits our clients deserve.”
Official Business Details on Record:

The agency has already taken immediate, formal steps to resolve the crisis. A comprehensive “Admin Dispute” appeal has been submitted to Facebook’s Meta Business Support team. To facilitate a swift recovery, Cyber7 IT Support has provided all necessary legal and corporate documents to prove absolute ownership of the business.
This includes the official company trade license, access logs from the official domain emails (admin@cyber7itsupport.com & Admin@cyber7.com.bd), government identification, and explicit screenshot evidence detailing the disabled account and the current basic access status.
“We are fully transparent and prepared to verify our identity via video call if Meta requires it. All authentic, legally acceptable documents have been submitted, and we are now eagerly awaiting a positive resolution from Facebook’s review team,” Farazi added.
Cyber7 IT Support reassures its valued clients that the team is monitoring the situation around the clock and expects normal operations to resume as soon as Meta restores the administrative rights.
